Event Details
- We are planning for a maximum of 1200 dining guests in the Harlem HS Field House.
- Group One:VetsRoll Veteran/Rosies alumni from 2010-2026 (PLUS one guest)
- Reservations are for the first 800 (801 through 1400 will be on Will-Call in case of cancellations)
- Group Two:Assistants from 2010-2026: Maximum of 250 guests (Sorry, but NO plus ones unless BOTH were actively involved with the trip)
- Reservations are for the first 250 (251 through 400 will be on Will-Call in case of cancellations)
- Group Three:Ground Crew, 2010-2026. Includes ALL send-off and homecoming volunteers, Harlem HS Faculty, Badger Bus Drivers, and Motorcycle Escorts (Sorry, but NO plus ones unless BOTH were actively involved with the trip)
- Reservations are for the first 150 (151 through 250 will be on Will Call in case of cancellations)
Event charge is $25 per person, inclusive for all guests.
Doors open at 11a, with food service from 12p-2p.
